报，开工一切都不错。不过早期和设计师对接的很多细节好像没有很好的对接到工长和全屋定制，要自己再和工长核对讲解。一开始和设计师对接明确了不希望后续增项太多所以让设计师最好把所有能在报价阶段算好的项目都明确好，也承诺了保5%的增项协议，结果实际落地发现增项5%条款是剔除了水电阶段，要知道大部分增项都是在水电阶段，然后给总监反馈后说是根据实际情况个人原因增加的(增项肯定是根据业主的需求加的，难道是工长自己加吗?)不能在保5%范围。诶，抖音看了很多教程，还是在这里掉坑了，后续的用户注意这一点，一定要谈好要保水电的增项。
